Keep the rage to a minimum. This includes wait times between games, music, and balance.
Fair warning to all. |

Just think of iG as the Asian Curse, except with a better ratio of big plays to big throws.

It should be an interesting game, much like Game 1. even if they do lose, unless it looks like the games in the finals of the eu regional it ain't no thang, like I would be really surprised if anyone other than m5 / iG / Frost wins this thing so losing to m5 in a non stomp really proves nothing to me. Where I disagree with you good sir is that I'd be surprised if iG even made it to the finals. Like... I'd offer myself up for public humiliation if they did beat M5. And I should be publicly humiliated if they do advance, but they won't so I'm about as cool as Tim Tebow right now. The thing is, iG is the team that has the highest likelihood of performing an upset because of their wide variance in playstyles and play ability. A team like WE plays safe and conservative--but when you're the weaker team (which pretty much everyone is when facing M5) playing safe and conservative is just a slow path to losing the game. It's a team that's wild and unpredictable that has chances to upset, and that's why iG has a better chance than most against M5, even though their overall ability might be weaker. As a Dota player I find this statement really funny as you'd usually be saying the opposite thing about a Chinese team vs a Russian. I read this and instantly pictured Lightofheaven laughing his ass off as they pick juggernaut blind after a 15 min loss in game 1 at TI2
his smile after "the play"... that guy is awesome

What? Dig has had a pretty steady line up for a good while. Scarra, Dominate and QTpie have been there for quite some time, their top lane had some turmoil a bunch of months ago where they ended up with Crumbzz over Voyboy and recently (2 months ago) got Patoy over Locust for support. Not sure why you would say no one knows who's playing with scarra anymore.

I concede on the support though

I would say iG is more like the polar opposite of CLG.NA, they have incredibly talented solo lanes, who attempt to carry as Illusion(the one parallel) tries to keep bot out of the weeds.

I always thought QTpie was just a big troll but he's pretty good.

He's a big troll who is also pretty good.
I used to hate qtpie. He's probably one of my favorite NA players because more often than not I find the shit he does or says to be hilarious. I also think it's hilarious that at some LAN (Kiev I believe) he had a ton of female fans. Apparently European women dig long haired hispanic dudes.

Is there a link somewhere with the structure of the tournament and how it's going to work out now that quarterfinals matchups have been chosen?

Back when he was on WHALE with Guardsman Bob they'd run some stupid all bruiser comp with like Warwick middle and a double bruiser kill lane bot. They actually beat TSM in a go4lol with it one time.
Whale was the most entertaining team ever. Mundo top, CV roam Nunu, Irelia solo bot, Warwick or Xin mid, Alistar/Sion duo lanes. Plus hilarious voice comms. Good times.

Underrated not that much. Abused udyr? 100% yes.
-edit- I also believe he was probably a better leader/ caller than Scarra is currently.
