At any point of IEM Season 6 Championship, if you think of an interesting byline, please drop a sentence in the Pro Scene thread.

At the end of the month, I'll catalogue the results of Hannover but also any interesting facts or events that happen over the course of the tournament.

Thanks.

CLG is just doing what they always do after losing, they tilt and play stupid compositions that they didnt train and lose their 3rd place match.

Surely you guys don't think CLG is actually taking this seriously? Look at weaklaf pick for example.

CLG losing=must not be taking it seriously.

I am no CLG fanboy, but look at Maokai pick. Is SV a competitive maokai player? Whatever, think what you will.

I don't think it's trolling or that they're not taking it seriously, they're probably just panicing or feeling unconfident or somesuch and make the biggest blunder - trying out new stuff that they haven't practiced in a big tournament.

they have experience with both olaf and maokai they're just not playing well this game.

I mean it's a same kind of a deal like picking Mundo in the tournament way back. They sort of have exp with them but they're not what they commonly practice etc. Is what I'd say.

I think M5 just has this demoralizing effect on really good teams who expect to do well or at least be competitive. I'd say TSM's decline started with their scrims versus M5 and it slowly went downhill from there.

I don't expect CLG to have the same level of slumping that TSM went into, but they are most likely affected by the beating that M5 handed to them earlier in the day.

M5 looks to be extremely dominant for a long time until a team such as CLG.eu finds a way to consistently deflect their strategies while simultaneously having the same level of team coordination as M5.

Also Olaf pre-buff is stronger against such a team I believe, since they've got a lot of DoT or sustained damage (Karthus AoE, Udyr's phoenix, etc.) against which Olaf's ult was stronger pre-change.

CLG have to play Korea Proleague right after Hannover. I'm personally curious whether they have anything that don't want to reveal since 4.2k isn't that big of a deal compared to the Proleague Prizes.

I'm not sure if never contesting a single dragon/baron due to bad warding counts as not revealing strats...
I'm talking about earlier games here, this one is just embarassing.

It seems like EU teams are just more professional/serious/composed. NA teams are prone to be like Idra, rage and tilt or just be very unorganized/unprofessional/pout when they lose. If like CLG/TSM could take being a "professional gamer" seriously they would do a lot better.

Pretty difficult to fool imo because janna ulti doesn't even affect allies

TSM's decline was moving to EU and completely changing their playstyles.

M5 imo have been quite professional, the only thing I can think of is the IPL thingy where they were very frustrated with the delay, though yeah that was quite bad

They did that because they said that EU was more competetive (which I think is true for tournaments, but not for solo queueing).
