One of the games is fair, but the other person is better than you and you lost. One of the games somebody is literally cheating. How is it fair if the player gets into the game under false pretenses? MMR is absolutely essential to a game like League. It can not exist without it. Which is why there is MMR even in unranked games.
Honestly I think I should be put in some teams with you. I would even try my best. Then you can decide how fairly you lost. :D

Doesn't help how it takes super long for riot to take action against stuff like scripters and how only "big names" get banned or w/e.

Yeah, the problem with joking about that is some dreadful e-tough guys think that's literally what Riot should do, no satire.

During the time the account is being boosted It's literally the same situation. Do you think the game is only fair if all players are at their true mmr? If so isnt the game equally unfair when a one trick pony doesnt get his role/champion and is suddenly a much worse player.

Off-topic, but I don't think "Pro scene rumor mill 2016 Pre-Season" is the best thread to discuss this.

It isn't. If you really want to discuss the demerits of elo boosting, use GD if you must.

Goldenglue, porpoise and nien have declared free agency. So immortals are starting from scratch; makes sense I guess.

I really wish Goldenglue was given a shot where he isn't just thrown into a team mid split. I really like his play-making process and his intuition whenever I've seen him stream and think he can be an average LCS mid laner if given a stable team.

You're speaking about guy who was most expensive signing in Dignitas history and got benched by scarra less than half split later, because he did almost nothing scarra or anyone else couldn't do, plus making team cohesion worse. And then he never was anywhere close to have impact Slooshi had in T8's games.
Immortals are aiming for top-3, of course they're dropping him.

As long as Nien's gone, they're off to a great start.

Who are they getting though. Players are signing contracts and Immortals still don't have a roster.

Besides TSM, which NA LCS team have already sign player(s)? So far I feel like tons of players are becoming free agents not nothing is signed yet.

I mean the good players. Frogiven/Freeze are both in talks already with Freeze linked to RNG. TSM grabbed the only good top outside of TL. That leaves what Adrian/Rush/Altec?

'Twitter ppl' are saying that they have top 3 line up (only TSM/CST better), so wouldn't be worry.

Ok cool, hope they announce it soon. I'm really hyped to see what they come up with and how the team can grow. Been getting worried that they aren't signing any of the good NA players so even if they get really good ints then the NA will just drag them down.
