But I try to get at least 1 damage item on him every game. | ||

Hexdrinker is superior choice in almost every situation considering amount of double ap comps in soloqueue nowdays. But anyway, hexdrinker/phage/brutalizer into full tank into finishing your damage item is perfectly fine. | ||

Teams keep drafting Elise for some weird reason don't really understand it personally. Think Phage is kinda wasted on Gnar. There's nothing wrong with it per se but it's probably much better go to straight Hexdrinker or Brutalizer followed by Randuins if you're after HP and damage. | ||

The reason why Rengar can still be decent this patch is because of the burst damage built into his kit, assuming you land all your skills and have the right amount of Ferocity built up. Kha can't do that because all his burst is now loaded onto his evolved Q PLUS they have to be isolated to get said burst. The resets are fine once you do get the damage, but you're basically saying, "I hope I can 100-0 some fool before I die/get CCed," and with how mobile the meta champs are right now that's not going to happen. At least Rengar can snare with a charged E before he leaps in. If Kha is to be good again they either need to revert the nerf they applied to his isolation range way back in s4 or the meta needs to shift/move away from mobile champs and back to your immobile, high damage champs like Xerath, Jinx, and Kog'Maw. | ||

Why is Tiamat building a problem? Just go Stalker's into Pickaxe and finish. You'd normally go Stalker's into Brutalizer and finish Warriors. It's comparable imo. I've had bad experiences with Rengar in solo q that I pretty much avoid him at this point. Also, you wouldn't pick Kha if you're worried about double AP and you want to go tanky. Kha is obv a wrong pick if that's the case, so the scenario is moot. | ||

Building Tiamat and the max Q resets Kha'zix playstyle is probably just terrible now in S5. The clear with max Q is just unbearable both hp and mana wise and gl going Q resets style when underfarmed and underleveled. If you want to go Kha'zix just max W first evolve W first build full damage and poke. If you show me a progame where someone got Tiamat before Warrior I might reconsider but I am extremely sceptical of your proposition. It sure as hell isn't the one I'm in right now. Also LOL at calling Kha the obviously wrong pick when arguably the time when he was most dominant is when he went evolve R first with hexdrinker into tank which was brilliant vs double AP.
