I don't really think so, I would say Rek'sai is a champion who is on the knife edge of balancing, too much or too little could easily knock her into useless. Champions who can stand up to heavy nerfs are those with huge utility like Thresh and Orianna Rek'sai has very little utility.Her strengths are long distance mobility and short dueling, If she loses the damage numbers to enable her to 1v1 enemies responding to her split, or becomes unable to crush enemies in a ult-in lane skirmish 2v2, then she offers basically nothing to the team. Very hard to balance kind of like TF. If he can port in and kill someone fast he is mega strong, if her ports in and cant burst them and loses the fight he is very bad. | ||

When he was released, the first impressions of the vast majority of people was that she seemed weak since her chasing and sticking power isn't all that great plus her cc is limited. The reason why she's top pick/ban right now is because the amount of damage Rek'sai has is just ridiculous when you also consider how tanky she is. If her damage is nerfed too much, she won't be very good imo. | ||
