What changed with Heimer? He feels like he does more dmg than he did right after rework but it seems like only change was turret HP buff?

I got hit by a lvl6 heimer ulted rocket barrage and didn't know such pain existed. This was when the rework went live initially so I think people are just now experiencing it.

HP turret changes help a lot I think. Turrets are staying alive longer and doing more damage in general.
