I don't think CC is that important. Yes you can get some nice cc chains but when everyone has such low cooldowns, just blow them up instead. Poke/sustain is king though.

Urgot is really strong. Permanent W, absolutely ludicrous early game damage. You don't really fall off because you can kill anybody within the span of a grenade even with a couple tank items.
Past 20 minutes though, you're still playing urgot, which sucks.
You can go brut>ghostblade>brut>LW and just slaughter people though.
I'm thinking the LW is unnecessary though, ghostblade+brut with arpen is enough to pierce through so much that a BT would be better.

E doesn't apply frost. You have to apply it separately again :/
Also in most games I've seen Evelynn is pretty bad tbh. I mean she just gets killed way too easily vs most strong picks.

It's all about the picks. She's not as strong during team fights but that's how she is on SR too lol.

The champ that gets the least from URF is probably Cass. She was always designed around not needing CDR, so her dps barely goes up. More ability to spam lowers her skill floor, and you can zone a bit better with multiple poison pools, but so many other champs are so much better.

Cass not so bad during early laning in urf but she just suffers from not getting much from lower cd, and also she suffers from lack of mobilty.
