Urgh. Yeah, I don't think there's anything at all Viktor can do to Zed (he's got stronger clear, being energy-based makes him vastly outclass and abuse Viktor's mana weakness, W means nothing to him with his mobility, he easily reduces R damage for the same reason, and his short cooldown/burst trading beats Viktor's Q (he'll damage you before you cast and/or get the shield) and lets him trade/all-in much more often than your ult is up anyway;
mostly, beating you in a straight-up fight (if he Ws in and you stun him his cd are so short compared to yours that he'll have another rotation once the stun wears off while you won't, and Viktor's W is usually either to disengage, or make them stick long enough that your QE come back up) means you can't E the wave, and if you try to E him (or both) he can just W it and instawin the fight/force you back/kill you, while your auto range vs his ability ranges and his energy resource let him either zone you or shove you at will).

Syndra and Cass have short enough cd (with steady damage) than you can't really abuse Q's shield to trade autos with them at early levels, and past that point you can't force a trade because of their superior range and lower mana costs (either to farm from safety or just shove).
Haven't played vs many Cass, but against Syndra my priority is to farm my core (1-2 drings+augment+boots because of her skillshots) as fast as possible, then get a blue (2nd if I can) and use the power spike to shove and roam/ambush her (or gank her if she tries to prevent it by shoving herself). When you get levels you favor E over Q, which has an even longer cd (so her short Q cd is even more of an advantage) and she'll outdamage you unless you ult. Hers has 20-30-40s less cd, lets her keep killing people even when behind, and she'll probably get CDR anyway (if she goes grail or DFG).

You're a stronger teamfighter than her (although your low range will always make you a potential target compared to someone like Lux) and you have good zone control with your W so I'd focus on getting my farm gear (the drings+augment core) up and trying to force teamfights and objectives since she'll win 1v1 and Viktor needs to leverage every time he burns his ult (flat 120s cd and no incentive to rush CDR hurts vs a lot of popular picks).

Fighting Spoon's Syndra was a good test, and I think that it's doable for Viktor but the last time I was too hesitant in engagements since I don't have that much experience against Syndra yet so I don't know when she can burst me or not (then again, it's likely that he hasn't faced too many Viktors either so it might have been a double-edged blade). I think it should be doable for Vik since the lazer can decently poke, but he probably needs some junglehelp to get to the augment. Cass is roughly the same story, but you lose trades even harder so the early levels are really difficult. Zed... post 6 it's just very very hard, but I guess if you play safe it should still be doable.

Wait, only 5 people showed up? Couldn't make it because I'm revising for an exam tomorrow, but seems strange that so few people could come. I've been mentioning it in liquidparty the days before it happens for the other inhouses, but wasn't able to this time. Maybe that's where people have been getting the dates rather then the thread?
