ADC is in a pretty good place, most have got played. This exposes the basic problem with this exercise. Listing every champion that was banned/picked once isn't a complete measure of champion diversity. For a better picture we need to also look at how many times each champion was picked and banned. I haven't compiled that data as it isn't relevant to the Monte vs CSheep throwdown, but I'll probably begin doing so tonight during the breaks between games.
The only part of that list is I think you're missing some dual roles. I know (Elise) should be listed top (Ezreal) mid and I think Mineski had (Lee Sin) top. But it's pretty irrelevant.
AS far as ADC:
Corki is 96% pick ban. (9 bans, 15 picks)
Cait is the next highest at 60% (4 ban, 11 picks)
Then it drops hard to Ez 32% (0 ban, 8 picks) where I know a few of those 8 were mid Ez.
Vayne 28% (1 ban, 6 picks)
Then a slew of ADs picked 4 or less times.

Janna is good against divers but not really good against Ahri/Zed.
Janna is good against divers who, once you push them away, can't get back in. She's good against Kennen or Renekton or Nasus or Udyr or Jax or things like that, but when you push Ahri/Zed away they just jump right back in with spirit rush / clone.

Triforce isn't so much about absolute burst as it is about having good "sustained burst" or additionally, good burst against multiple targets in rapid succession
I feel like Fiora should be able to use Triforce well. Her Q can proc it twice and her ult deals insane damage with the first hit.

Graves we may see, but I don't think there are any Graves players in Group.
Quinn/Sivir are the only ones I can definitively say are not going to be seen (unless you see a surprise Quinn mid pick). No one's played Twitch yet, but the option is available to build a comp around him. Draven's viable, but unlikely to be seen because too risky for Worlds, I feel.
Taric and Alistar are the two main supports I don't expect to see. Maybe Soraka too.

Eh, he's manageable, honestly. Triforce timing makes him strong, yes, but honestly he's nowhere NEAR League of Ezreal level (where Ez can outtrade every damn ADC because lolASslow). He's still much more counterable, and we'll start seeing people pull out the Corki counter lanes soon (tm).

some people's champion power level meter skips from like 50 to 900, they tends to have no grasp of how powerful a champion actually is once they enter top ~20

I usually think of "sustained burst" as trading power since it's basically how much you deal per damage rotation.

Her base AD damage is terrible because of her passive, no.

Vayne works plain because of super zoom zoom, Tumble is a stupid short CD, and Condemn -> TF proc can easily do most of a champ's health if they hit a wall.
That said BotRK is still broked on her.

In my spare time I wrote up a little script to count picks and bans. I made a little file containing all the data (more than I need) so I could do some extra analysis later if I wanted, but I'd like to share it in case anyone else wants to do their own analysis on it.
I made the file to be a nice, easily-parsed format. Each line has 10 tokens, separated by spaces. (spaces were stripped out of champion names that had spaces). First token is team, second token is result, next three are their bans, next five are their picks (in that order). Source is leaguepedia.
