For the pages I feel qualified to talk about (as a plat jungle/support): For the Botlane Babysitter page, I go 5-0-25 with 4 points in cdr so I can start the game with 10% cdr, which is nice for being more aggressive with Nami or having shield up more often as Janna. I also get both points in artificer because I frequently get Shurelya's/Crucible, especially on Nami, to increase my ability to save people from their poor decisions. For Fling!, I don't think Havoc is a good choice. Your job on those champs is to soak up damage and be obnoxious, so an extra 2% damage isn't that great when instead you could get 4% more max health on two champs who get a ton of health. For those types, I go 9-21-0 for extra durability. | ||

He actually NEEDS it, i'd be as daring as saying he needs it on pair with every blue-buff dependant mana user. It makes such a giant difference. | ||

It's actually arguably stronger on energy users because you can't buy energy regen. especially in things like skirmishes where mana isn't a gait like energy is. | ||

Depends how late the game is. If it's late game, any energy user can take it themselves. If it's mid to early game, mana users are far more gated than any energy champion. You mids are entitled as fuck. Think you deserve blue if you don't use mana and it's expected that the jungler give up exp and time and gold and a buff just so you can have 2 more energy per second. | ||

In the given moment I could be wrong based on how your game is going, but dismissing blue on champions like Kennen/Akali/Zed and what it can do to make their lane unbearable if they have any kind of lead is just putting your fingers in your ears and pretending everything will be ok. | ||
