Venusaur was like the weakest starter I have ever had the pleasure of using. I know with Chlorophyll and a buffed growth he gets stronger in later gens. But in the gens where you start with him, he's still just very slow, unreliable, and has bad typing. With regards to posting hacks: that was my bad. I had forgotten that we aren't allowed to post them here, but forgetfulness doesn't make it right. On topic, I made a script to edit keybinds myself in python just now. It still has no gui to edit new champs though. It also has no backup feature yet. And I haven't compiled it to an executeable for sharing. And it has to be run manually each game. Enigma wasn't working for me. Nah, loltool is probably better.

The newest gens are the best in terms of fun and challenge. You get more choices in terms of moves and tms are reusable and the gym leaders seem to have a strategy early on before they inevitably roll over. Otherwise if you are a completionist in that you have to beat every gen, then go for the expansions for each game (crystal was better than gold, black 2 is better than black 1).

Otherwise if you are a completionist in that you have to beat every gen, then go for the expansions for each game (crystal was better than gold, black 2 is better than black 1). but breeding is a concept i cannot comprehend but seems mentioned in every modern pokemon thread When a female pokemon and a male pokemon that share an egg group are put into the daycare together, eventually they will lay an egg. Once you pick the egg up, they continue to lay more eggs. The egg's species will be the lowest evolution of the female's species (except in cases where the pre-evolution came out later, like Munchlax, where a held item might be required) and he will know any "egg moves" that are defined by the species of the baby and are known by the male. Ditto is a special case, it can breed with any Pokemon that is not in the "no eggs" group, even genderless Pokemon. The species of the egg is always that of the other Pokemon. Ditto cannot breed with Ditto; it is impossible to get a Ditto egg. Ditto is the only way to get eggs of genderless or all-male species. If the female is holding a Everstone, the baby has a 50% of inheriting the female's nature. For the purposes of nature inheritance, Ditto always counts as the female. A baby Pokemon will inherit IVs from its parents, three from each. The stat-specific EV training items, when held by parents, will force that parent to pass down that specific IV (and two random others) instead of three random ones. PRACTICAL EXAMPLE Say you want a Vaporeon with Bold nature, Surf / Ice Beam / Wish / Protect. You're not too hardcore so you don't care about IVs exactly. Wish is not normally learned by Eevee or its evolutions, but it is an egg move for Eevee. You need to get a father that shares an egg group with Eevee that can learn Wish, and Pikachu is a candidate. However, Pikachu doesn't learn Wish normally either, but it is an egg move for Pikachu.... First, you need a female Eevee. Since 7/8 of Eevee are male, you probably didn't receive one during story mode. You should also set the nature down at this point. Acquire a Bold Ditto (you may need to catch a lot of wild Ditto to get the right nature, but since a properly-natured Ditto allows you to easily breed any other breedable Pokemon with that nature, any serious breeder will have a box of Ditto each with a different nature) and breed it, holding an Everstone, with the Eevee until you get a female Bold Eevee (1/16 of eggs will have the desired properties (1/8 female, ~1/2 Bold)). Then, acquire a male Togepi (if the one you get in the story mode is female, breed it until you get a male). Have it learn Wish by level up, and evolve it into a Togetic (most "baby" forms cannot breed). Get a female Pikachu. Breed the Togetic and Pikachu until you get a male Pichu, which should have Wish. Evolve Pichu (Pichu cannot breed) into Pikachu, and breed with the Bold female Eevee from earlier, with the Eevee holding an Everstone. 50% of the eggs will hatch into a Bold Eevee with Wish. Now, all you have to do is apply a Water Stone, the HM for Surf, TM for Ice Beam, and TM for Protect, and you've gotten your nice tanky vaporeon. All that's missing is EV training~

If you're looking for a hardmode pokemon, try mods, i know of "volt white" which arthas is doing an LP of atm, white is the 2nd latest (?) game with improved GFX and shit and 600+ pokemon to find in that version lol Or just play Pokemmo.
