What srsly? 35% tenacity isn't a big deal, people often skip it, but having 70% tenacity would be like being able to double the cdr cap to 80% and then spawn karthus would almost be a thing lol. I'm sure we can think of abuse cases. At the very least if you have like an enemy Rammus and Fiddle you might get them. Or even 80% cdr skarner or Ryze? Skarner would get an auto off between each Q. Ryze would shoot Q's like he was using a minigun. | ||
