So the question is BT or BotRK? I can see some pros/cons for both and i'd like some guidance on where to go. Also some idea on what to skill based on lane matchup would help a fuckton, when I read his QWE i'm like... I WANT IT ALL NOW.

BT/BotRK is more of a preference thing, before patch. Go BotRK if you fall behind, as you'll have a smoother power curve to keep in the game instead of sliding further back while trying to farm up BF. If you need high damage poke because of longer range(cait), make a certain pirate wench stop zipping around, or smack anime boy a bit after he runs away with his too many belts, max Q. For everything else, max W. It has much more utility and makes it easier to pop stacks.

hows vlad top in s3? champion i wanted to learn since forever but always changed my mind last second before buying him, he used to be god tier and perma banned in korea during s2, but nowadays i rarely see him played (which makes my inner hipster happy ), is he still good or s3 screwed him over?

Yes, I dropped it. I like to pair BT with Q first and BotRK with E first currently, still testing.
