Blind only mitigates the physical damage portion of an attack, including physical damage sourced from a physical on-hit effect. Other damage types and effects won't miss. See: On-hit effects. Abilities that apply on-hit effects will also miss. So Diana's cleave will still deal damage (interesting part is that apparently stuff like Parrrley, Double Up and Mystic Shot miss when blinded, since they're abilities proc-ing on-hit effects, and while Siphoning Strike can't be dodged it seems it can miss while blinded... ). Also Wave, time to reassess and make sure the father isn't actually the Elder Lizard. | ||

Yea crs definitely has team problems but I was just pointing out the bot lane comparisons since those were the POV's I was watching. Plus a lot of ppl are hating on elementz for their weak 2v2 but cop shares some of that blame as well (not as much tho) | ||
