The points being given out for wins are incredibly inconsistent. Some people have gotten up to 64 points for one win and some people have gotten only a few points for 1 win. Also, a lot of people are reporting that you need a 2 or 3 to 1 wins to losses ratio in order to get enough points to advance to the next tier.

EDIT: Also the bug seems to be significantly more prevalent to people in Silver Division 1.

Just got promoted to Diamond! Played all day failing my first promotion match, I could say I had trolls but the reality is that I didn't carry myself so I didn't deserve it. Won 5 games in a row and got my promotion matches again and won 3 in a row getting promoted to Diamond!!! So happy!!!

I'm not very well versed in top lane matchups, but who wins in Teemo vs. GP?

I have a friend who is kinda bad-- he has moments, but generally he's kind of bad. He went like 1/7/8 or something that game as GP and even though my Draven ADC had shit map awareness (despite being 7/1), there was nothing to do against a fed Teemo who just blinds and huehuehue's away through a minefield of shrooms.

so what you want to know is if your friend would win if he weren't garbage? i assume so because a skilled player vs some random teemo should probably favor the skilled player, but a high level gp vs a high level teemo doesn't really seem relevant.

teemo vs gangplank is a pretty even farmfest, but gangplank is way harder to gank pre 6 then teemo is. get one gank on him early and you really change the dynamic of the matchup. otherwise they are just going to sit in lane together but gangplank has his global ult soo I would say advantage = gangplank
