After one week the price will drop to the familiar 6300 IP, so players looking to patiently collect them all through grinding can simply wait. The price bump is a slight, but significant, nudge to the "GOTTA HAVE IT" crowd, those players who are so excited about a champion they simply can't wait, as well as those who simply enjoy flaunting new champions and skins. Is it a money grab? Certainly, but it's a very reasonable one and it's coupled with a comprehensive and sensible price reduction plan that players can plan around and ultimately represents the biggest steps toward helping new players we've ever seen. It's all good in my book. | ||

The table blindly assigns gold values to quite a few of the non-basic stats by treating certain combined items as the "base item" for a particular stat--which I don't agree with at all. | ||
