Cliff Notes: Diana/Rengar/Teemo nerfs, HoG back in SR (I think), and new champ sound OP as hell ( at least on paper). Man, I guess we'll have to see rations and ranges but damn Vi' kit sounds absurd. True damage, mobility, CC, and that ult sounds pretty crazy for shutting down carries. | ||
