He needs to be able to kill asap, not kite. The only one I think that could have used an enchantment would be HS if he wants to keep splitpushing so the minions are much better. | ||

I believe Cassiopeia with Muramana will also be utterly broken in late game, but at least she doesn't scale with mana directly otherwise. | ||
