Its cool though because apparently FXO is now gonna create a new NA LoL team. And then they'll probably create a Korean team, and then they'll disband the NA team. Then a year later they'll come back and pick up another LoL team made up of NA b-teamers.

Yep, I rarely play a blind pick game where he's not on one of the teams. The paths are super narrow as well so stepping on his shrooms happens a lot.

The ladder is currently infested with feeders and bad players. Guess every noob want to get that silver at least. Today my ad carry miss fortune started out with a giants belt. Guy had 1-9 stats ranked but 700ish normal games. How can he be so bad, could it be some kind of account trading/selling going on, because I have barely 300 wins in normal, and 200 in ranked and i'm way better than that, any role... but ya is this a trend that has happened when previous seasons end/start? Just sad that the quality of games dropped so much.

Anyway - I'll answer your question, some people just improve faster/more than others and that's all - most of them don't improve do to a poor mentality though (also if he's 1-9 in ranked he should be less than1000 Elo?).
