As Rumble I never use Q to push lane, only to harrass, and I get aggressive early to try to zone him. Once he's behind the minion wave it's very costly for him to last hit; if he tries to AA you greatly outdamage him by kiting with harpoons while burning him to death.
And Nunu just shuts Malph down completely every time I tried, it's not even close. Snowball harrass all day, Malph will run OOM if he tries to trade and he'll still be outdamaged, plus Nunu gets free mana and sustain. I'd expect Cho to do well too, if he tries to farm you'll whittle down his shield with E and then slowly but invariably outsustain him.
Haven't tried Swain vs Malph, though I'd actually expect him to do well too.

Every Nunu vs Malph I played top was horribly one-sided in Nunu's favor. I'm at low ELO, but I'd be surprised if it changes very much later on; the kits just seem very lopsided in Nunu's favor here.

Nunu destroys Malphite it's not even close. As Malphite I only managed to salvage the lane by farming when I could (rarely. Nunu can just stall the lane wherever he pleases.) Grabbing boots of mobility, and pressuring other objective/lanes into n vs n+1 because this Nunu refused to use his ult to clear waves/follow and used TP to get back to lane instead of gank.
I'd hate to think what a smarter Nunu would have done.

I just need a few updates on who the hell I should be banning, and any major build changes since like the Draven patch I think. Im not talking champ specifics, more do AD/AP still stack rings n blades, ect.

Bans are usually Blitzcrank, Shen, Eve, Rengar, Jayce, Ezreal, Alistar. I can't think of any build changes. This game is shitty and the item builds are static. DFG is a lot more popular now though. Pretty much a must buy on AP mids.
Does anyone have IPL5 brackets? I looked at the IPL site and I have a reallllllllllllly hard time navigating it.

Corki and Ez are doing stuff like triforce+LW to keep on scaling well in the late midgame now too.
Burst champs are loved, Draven was found to be excellent in the hands of an aggressive laner like Aphromoo, and if you ever see Jayce picked in the opposing team just flat out refuse to go top.

How do you propose to use Q to harass without pushing the lane? Even the a few ticks will snowball the lane and malph can just farm near his tower.
Nunu sounds like a legit counter, I don't see how manphite can win trades because of consume and he doesn't push that hard with it either. Malphite can still probably lane though by using mr and regen runes combined with his passive to keep him afloat.

I've been winning tons of games with janna against leonas and blitzs. Very unusual. I think I've just gained 70 elo from janna.

I usually try to force Malph away from the wave early, but yeah it does push the lane somewhat. I suspect I'm at an ELO where nobody is very careful about wave control (and Malph doesn't properly freeze near tower), that's probably why I did well.
Shen seems easy too as Nunu, by the way, he just always comes out behind in trades (the few times I tried). But Nunu can't do anything about his ult.

Mistake thinks Janna is very good against Leona. Put simply, Leona should never be able to engage on Janna or her AD because you can pretty much always reaction-Tornado Zenith Blade.

Uh... I'm watching an Ezreal jungle at around 1400-1500 Elo, because his 4th pick locked Graves instead of a jungle. He's surprisingly doing quite well, almost died on his red buff, backed, took up a long sword (no pots) then started camping lanes, using E to go in and abusing the fact that he's ranged to easily apply the red buff and get flash and kills all over.
It helped that top and bot were pushed but still, I'm surprised by how the fact that he's ranged makes up for his lack of sustain/clear speed once he has red.

anyone try chalice philo gang plank? the cool downs on this guy are pretty crazy and I think he'd make a great aura support tank.
Oh and don't worry about too much stuff changing. Things are gona change all over again when the s3 changes come. aparently ww and fiddle are gona be real terror soon.

What do you think about Jax vs. Malph? We had that Jax vs. Malph game and it was pretty close, there were def. some timings where I was stronger despite having weird runes.
Jax can also support ganks way better before 6 which is something we should take into account.

I actually didnt know that if I type "carry" into the searchbar in champ select it shows me all the ad carrys, anything else this works for? I tried "support" but it didnt show all of them.
