Aphromoo is the most awesome ad carry, I don't care if other dudes might be better.

Viktor'll never be first pick material though, simply because he's got pretty obvious lane counters that also scale better than him lategame. So when I think about it I don't have any mid that I can fp... Hm, maybe Orianna, and Gragas if I decided to made use of the IP I invested in him.

Basically if you try to E him, he E you and runs away. Really frurstrating to play. Has urgot really gone full circle from being considered super op and ban worthy to karma tier of bad? What did I miss? Sure he got a few nerfs but he was dominating everyone at the time so they may have been justified but his ult still has too much utility for him to be considered as bad as karma.

Sure he got a few nerfs but he was dominating everyone at the time so they may have been justified but his ult still has too much utility for him to be considered as bad as karma. The nerfs that hurt Urgot the most were the lock on range for his Q (1500 down to 1200) and the range of his ult (700/775/850 to 550/700/850). They also nerfed the CD and range of his E as well as the resists of his ult and shield strength on his W. Those were very significant for what made him so powerful (fairly safe long range harass, as well as safety in positioning for the first rank ult). EDIT: Typing without making dumb mistakes gets tougher this late.

His nerfs were numerous and absolutely brutal.

Also, he was never a traditional AD carry in the first place, he was all about zoning the other AD in lane, 1v2ing with blue buff, etc. These things are tough in soloQ compared to last hitting and right clicking during teamfights. So even if he is only underpowered for competitive play (he was nerfed because of competitive domination don't forget, not so much soloQ domination I think), he is going to have a bad time in soloQ.
