At the moment there are no more informations. The only thing I could add is that it is a tournament between Korea, China and Taiwan to determine who is the no1 in Asia.
I posted the OP for a remember that I dont forget it to upgrade, when there is new information.

Two Chinese teams, a Vietnamese team, and five Korean teams doesn't really sound like a Taiwan vs Korea vs China competition...

Due to their Season 2 World Finals victory, TPA participation could not be 100% confirmed. Therefore Saigon Jokers was picked.

just a heads up if you want to watch the Korean stream you need an africa account. To register an account you need a Korean social security number which you only get if you stay longer than 3 months in Korea.

LG-IM looks soo strong this game - graciously helped by SJ though, who're not looking very sharp. Guess that happens when you have to field two subs without much practice. Repeatedly picking Katarina doesn't make you look like a very serious team, though. At least pick her into a team with few counters and along good support.
|
Wow LG-IM look really, really strong these last 2 games. Rings Lee Sin is real terror. I don't get SAJ constantly picking katarina though, mid king just dominates, even in a 1v2 situation like game one. Game 3 will be interesting to say the least

Now Mid King's turn to show Junie how the Kat'ing is done!

SAJ makes so many bad decisions in the early game. They don't look like a team that has played in the world playoffs just two weeks ago.
Edit: Mid King's Kat has Deathcap, Guise and Spellpen Boots at 14 minutes. Shoulda gone Mejai's again!

I agree. IM just looked really dominating early game, Mid King, alilac and ring just got really early advantages and just snowballed from there. Fun to watch though too

I've caught a little of it, but I can't figure out where on the sites the VODs are.

LGIM lookin good. With Lilac moving back to top a lot of people expect them to be competitive with the top KR teams. Last season they were stuck with basically two mid laners and one of the best top players in KR on support because they had to play three people from Team OP to maintain their OGN spot. Now they are finally able to use the lineup that they wanted when they picked up Mid King.
Also, http://leaguepedia.com/wiki/World_e-Sports_Masters_2012
edit: nvm I was wrong. TPA was supposed to be there but has been replaced by WE's B team. Should still be a good tournament though.

KT2 won pretty hard. Sona wiffed often her Ult and it looked like that iG suffers from Lack. Nontheless KT2 seemed pretty solid and a force to reckon with. Ryu carried hard with Ahri.
|
iG getting their dream comp for massive towerdiving and reckless aggression - a beautiful game to watch indeed. Don't quite understand why KT2 laneswitched Malphite into Leona/Ezreal, when he can usually deal with Shen in lane, and Shen easily outshines Malphite in 1v2 lanes.

iG looks so inconsistent. They beasted games 2 and 3, but looked really bad in game 4. Hope we'll see some interesting Blind Pick lineups!
|
I think the commentators might be right: screw up their early game and they suffer. They lost a ton of control dealing with the Jarvan mid pick and thanks to timely jungle pressure they didn't get away with swapping Karth to bottom. And everywhere skarner went there were bodies. That sure doesn't help.

KT is soooooo damn trigger happy, they just wanna dive like crazy and they just keep gettin punished for it -.-
edit: dream of KT vs. KT final dashed heart breaking T_T
|
This game, man.
Illusion is pretty good. Zones half the enemy team by himself npnp
|
IG kept dropping to like 10% health in teamfights, but consistently weren't being finished off. KT gave up SO many kills, as early as 12 minutes in Jayce AND immediately after Amumu get away with nothing from Leona+Orianna because ori's ball pulled Jayce towards his own tower instead of pulling him further out into the open and Amumu took that as an opportunity to combo breaker.
That 0 for 4 early tower dive didn't help, either, but my stream decided to give me a commercial break there so I missed most of it.

KT with a very different comp. All very high mobility champions (except for Leona), maybe to dodge dem hooks? I like their comp more. Such a huge amount of engage on KT, plus peeling for Ez shouldn't be that hard with their team (Olaf could ruin things, but most Ez know how to deal with an ulted Olaf.

Okay, so im not much of a ziggs player, but im just curious, from what i can see, and my little knowledge about ziggs, he usually has mana issues, and when you rush an athenes, it just feels like his damage in underwhelming, now obviously his poke is still good, but if your opponent has a comp that can force fights, like the malph ori combo, it feels like his damage just doesnt cut it.
|
I don't think many people realized that Ziggs got a pretty major boost when Athenes was released, that item is core on him.

We are very sorry to announce that tonight and tomorrow AEL match will be rescheduled. Both matches were scheduled to happen during IEF tournament as agreed with the IEF organization. However, 10 minutes ago, the police took the decision that no matches could happen at the IEF venue in the evening.
On behalf of AfreecaTV and NGTV, we apologize to the viewers for this inconvenience. Matches will be rescheduled to a later date and we will still bring you the live English coverage.

So for this event's time, it would be 13:00 GMT (+00:00)
It will show up as the time on the viewer's timezone.
Thanks for this event! Looking forward to this.
