I wonder if honor can counteract reports. we can't see if there have been any reports against us, just punishment if enough reports are deemed Punish right?
worse I've done is call someone clueless because he was constantly in lala land. pretty willing to provide criticism if someone continues to do something poorly (usually positioning or being overaggressive) which can be viewed as constructive depending on how fragile their ego is.
tend to get honor if I can carry a game and/or go battle general pinging alerts/retreats, telling ppl to check/ward baron/dragon, and clearing a lane if an enemy creep wave starts growing too much on our side of the map

Riven skin looks a little clunky to me, but particle effect (on Q W E) are nice. R turns her sword into a phallus though.
Also, anecdotal evidence that her AA animation, sound, and damage aren't timed properly.

Just bought Diana for no reason. Can someone give me a rundown of what she can do and how I should build her?

So Riot clearly needs to weight the honor system in some way. I have honored only one person in ~ 15 games. However, I get 1-2 honors every game for random stuff. Thus, in my system my honors are worth more because I am an honor miser.

The system also favours those that play a lot.
Lastly, duo queue, be a dick all game, give the duo partner honor, feel awesome.
The system is just something to make people feel good, it's worth absolutely nothing.

You don't get honor from duo-partner more than once.
Being nice and helpful is the way to go

Not necessarily an autoattack bug at all. There are a number of animations and sounds that will go off and not do anything. On Graves for instance you can actually cancel your animation so late that you visibly shoot the target, but don't hit them. If the sound or animation is more noticeable because of a skin, you might just now be seeing it more often even though nothing has changed.

Boots + 3 pots -> Kage's -> Blasting wand/Negatron (depending on the match up) -> DFG -> Abysal -> Zhonya -> GA/DCAP
