These are not the end all or be all for current selection, but they are popular picks for various reasons
AD Carries: Corki, Graves, and Ez.
Support: Sona, Blitz, Ali, Taric, Janna, Leona
Jungle: Maokai, Shyv, Alistar, Mundo, Skarner, Nunu, Amumu
Mid: Zyra, Karthus, Morgana, Ahri, TF
Top: Jax, Darius, Jayce, Malphite, Teemo (good counter against Jayce, who's currently FoTM), Rumble

I've only played Nunu top twice, he can really snowball hard in lane hue. I don't really like Jayce tho :|

Nikon, you really don't need the whole list. If you pick two main champions for each role, that complement eachothers weaknesses, you're good to go. An example would be learning Yorick and Nunu; Yorick does well vs most champions, and nunu does well vs the rest. (Yorick and Irelia, basically). In my experience playing 2--3 champs for each role is wayyy better than playing like 10. If both of your options are taken, you can quite often just ask for a different role.
It's basically how I gained 250 elo in 30~ days. (Plain Skill on EUW)

Karthus, Orianna, Gragas, Ahri should be largely enough for mid imo.

Yeah, that's not end all be all list.
Top: Jayce, Malphite, is a nice combo to have, Jayce for a farm heavy lane, and is safe against a massive variety of shit, Malphite for initiation aoe comps.
Mids: Karthus, and Grags are solid mid choices, neither have impossible lanes.
Jungles: Mundo, Shyv, no one bans these, and they're always good no matter the team comp.
Support: Taric, and Sona, neither are ban worthy, but are very solid picks.
ADC: Really, you can play any fucking AD. I personally like Cait, always a solid pick, no bad matchups.

Meh, I don't really reccomend learning both Mundo+Shyvana, they play similiarly which I guess is good but they have similiar weaknesses, I'd reccomend learning Shyvana and someone gank heavy like Maokai, or maybe Skarner.
For support I like Leona more than Taric she is definately harder to play but can make so many big plays it's crazy. :3

Depends on the supporter, though.
When I had like only 4 rune pages and the cap was at 10, I asked the english support on EU-W what would happen if I bought the 7 pages bundle since I saw a very few people with 11 instead of 10 pages (In the FAQ, it explicitly said you should contact the support regarding the rune page bundles so I did).
He replied that there would be a problem because the cap definitely was at 10 at that time (11 pages were only available for people that played LoL shortly after release when a 3rd bonus rune page was given out) and offered me to manually get me 6 additional pages for the reduced average price per page of the bundle.
I agreed and only 3 hours later I got the message 'riot employee currently in your account, relog in 5 mins plox' during champ select. When I did, I had 11 (holy shit have I been happy lol) rune pages but he only took an amount of RP for 6, so in the end he gave me the 11th for free. God, I felt so special
However, when I bought Arctic Ops Kennen and it was 50% off 2 days later, I asked the german EU-W support to grant me that 'one time exception'. Answer: 'We're SO sorry blah blah but we can't blah blah, so the answer is: NO GTFO!'.

You could always ask for an Ezreal ban and then just pick your best AD.
Your mid pool is fine, although personally I would find an alternative to Karthus, someone like Twisted Fate that is amazing in solo queue.
Add Jax to your top lane champion roster like has been suggested, and don't give up on Irelia she is still one of the best.

To be honest, I really like Xin for Jungling, his Q and E are just godlike for that.
As far as AD carries, I just feel so innefficient with the ones I have. Most "meta-adhering" one I have is Trist, but she pushes lane like a mofo, and I don't really like that.

Well, actually I have all 1350 and below champs, just don't play some of them. Going to look into it, TF seems like he's going to be fun to learn properly.

Leona is really strong at snowballing lanes and games. Her initiation is top notch and when you pair her with the current meta of heavy burst adc lanes she's an insanely strong pick. It's hard for her to do stuff when you're behind but if you're ahead or even, man is she strong.

At my ratings, people never fight together with me... Leona's usefulness drops off sharply in the case. Sona would be much better cause of poke and stuff, for example.
Also, my left kidney for Riot Graves. Cause free Graves lol.

I've been in the exact same situation and my skill actually dropped by a lot. But you still have a pretty big champion pool, you're maybe a little hard on yourself. I almost never played mid nor top in ranked as there are always people who want to play that position.
Also, I prefer having a smaller champ pool but be better with them, and I feel that at 1500 adn even a little after there are a lot of AD carry that are really style viable beside graves corki ez.

Yeah, but what happens when you HAVE to play mid or top for example? You dodge? Some games I have to do spot X, just because everything else gets taken, and in those games I look like a fool. That's the main purpose behind looking at my champ pool, and playing more champions as such.

I don't know if anybody mentioned it already, but currently there is a match between m5 and fnatic. It's the first game of the series and pretty close. Several good plays already. Links for the people interested:
