So in essence, I want to take the rest of S2 off from ranked and increase my champion pool for S3. I want to pick up a couple more tops/jungles/and mids. I'd like to avoid permabanned champs and want to try and keep a champion limited to 1 role for now. It would suck if I learned Nunu for top and jungle, already play him support, to have people catch on and ban him a lot and lose options at all those positions. Here are a few that I'm considering atm, feel free to suggest others if you so desire. Especially mid, I've had a hard time being attracted to many mid champions. Get real, there are haters online. Either ignore them or learn to feed of the hate and move on, and don't be suprised when you see other people do that. I'm neither surprised nor really offended. I will either completely ignore them or troll them to make them rage more. However, I don't want to see that behavior and they do deserve bans. It's destructive, pointless and creates an unenjoyable hostile environment. There is no excuse for it and you don't give one either. "there are haters online" is not an excuse for their behavior. If you'd pull that shit on TL.net you will get banned and that is the way it should be.

There was nothing truly blatant that I would have given anything more than a warning for. Maybe I'm bad at reading, though, and missed something. Irelia [00:14:06] ashe Irelia [00:14:08] u are trsha Irelia [00:14:11] i go find u Irelia [00:14:13] and rape u Good to know that you are supportive of that kind of behaviour. League of Legends - the only place on earth where the community gives a shit about what keyboard warriors say online. Gimme a fucking break, are y'all new to internet gaming or something? I'm suprised that shit is even reported. I've seen worst shit - some aimed at me - and most of the time people would just be like "cool" or hit the ignore button. Not to mention this kid's english is like from non-native speaker with down syndrome. So because people have do worse things it's ok to act like that? By that logic I can conclude it is ok to rob people, because others have killed. Gaming is a hobby, and being told that someone wants to rape you does not contribute to an enjoyable pastime. Why should there be a difference between online behavior and offline behavior? If you'd pull that shit in rl, you'd get a harassment lawsuit or lose some teeth. Because they really mean that they're gonna go rape you, your children, your wife, and your mama - if they ever find the motivation to move their fatass off the couch - when they type that in chat. Get real, there are haters online. Either ignore them or learn to feed of the hate and move on, and don't be suprised when you see other people do that. What does not condoning and actively punishing have to do with any of that? You're completely out in left field making yourself look stupid. Thing is, im pretty sure most people that judge these cases probably doesn't read that much into the chat log anyway, so they can't condone or punish cuz they don't know what the hell they're condoning or punishing. They probably just looked at the score and says "yeah team prolly deserved the flame". Wasn't there a guy before me that didn't see what the issue was either? I'm not condoning it; it's annoying and all that but 1) Keyboard warriors are keyboard warriors. It's a waste of a minute of my life reading it and decides whether to punish it when they're probably just gonna raged themselves out of the game - or some deep corner of the triple digits where i never will have to see them ever again (worst case scenario, the ignore button is always there) and 2) I kinda see how the raging emotion (not what was typed) is a bit justified. Holy shit that bot lane. Thing like this was so common (I'm sure all of us have had some real funny BM playing on West/Iccup or whatever gosu Korean server you're playing on) back before reporting is even there, that people like me learn to just laugh it off (or even laugh about it) and move on and keep having fun. If you quit this game because you got emotional over people getting emotional, you're emotional and probably would ended up being that emotional guy that set you off in the first place. It's not that I condone this kind of behavior or actively decide to not punish it, I just can't really bring myself to give enough a shit about it to decide about either. And hell, what's to say that's not the best course of action? If they hate and no one gives a shit, eventually they'll stop hating. Edit: LOL Nunu: "It's called soloq terror".
