Aww, Bo5 starting at 23:00 is gonna be harsh even for europeans when we have to get up early the next morning. Surprised to see TSM there too, is that because of something similar to the EU invitational they organized and thus invited themselves in?

Mouz did kinda well against M5 there. What really bit them I feel is when they lost 1-4 to steal a drake, they also lost 2 towers mid and the lack of map control didn't let them contest nashor (especially as M5's Noc had oracles). Before that the big difference in gold was mostly on 4-0-1 Sona, even tho it translated into a very early aegis it wasn't as dire as the numbers made it seem.

they actually gave her all the jungle creeps just before that last push so she could buy a zeke's (including blue) I dunno man maybe they feel like support gold isn't so bad after all.

Well on those first three kills Sona got 1k gold, I don't remember what she started with but it made a boots+HoG+faerie+ruby+wards Sona et 6 minutes. On subsequent fights she could take quite an amount of punishment before going down, which helped despite Corki outfamring Ashe (even pushed to his turret he ended up 30 cs ahead). I noticed the Zeke but not that they funneled farm to Sona for this.

I tend to think that unless the AD has to back afterwards, letting the support get the first blood for an earlier gp5/additional pink/early boots (on Alistar for example) can have a much stronger effect on a lane than just having your carry sitting there and farming with 400 gold more in bank. If the carry doesn't back and show up with, say, an additional dblades to tilt trades in his favor the support will make that gold count way earlier.

Mouz proceeds to 2-1 M5 with a nice outpicking and outlining M5 in the game 3, abusing Yorrick to outfarm both Corki (to the point where he was a gold bag) and Vladimir.

Malunoo dominated on Malphite like he did in the quarters.
Saw the quarters from his stream, where he stole dragon several times just like in this game. He has been my favorite jungler for some time now.

Btw kind of interesting that Curse plays with a female player (Clarissa). Isnt she the first female that plays at that level in LoL?

edit.
Also happy about mouz doing that good. Moma and Arthana are great players. Have some doubts that they can play consistently at the top though.

I wonder how much latency/ping TSM is dealing with right now
Considering where they're from and how far away the EU servers are, I imagine it'd be pretty significant

I dont have the exact number, but its not much.
TSM is at the east coast, and generally have low ping to EU. I think its not different to the ping they have on NA. Which is why they started playing on the EU server in the first place. They play solo q, scrims, and tournaments all the time there. Which is also why they were invited to this.

Ah, I was under the impression some of them were on the west coast :o (and from my experience with HoN servers, I was expecting like ~100-250 ping or so)
Thanks for the clarification

To expand on that, CLG is on the west coast, and can not play on EU. Which is a considerable disadvantage they have compared to TSM. TSM has also attributed some of their recent success to being able to play on EU, so that they can scrim more often and with more different teams.

3 dorans blade is unusual, but 2 is completely normal when you are behind. Nothing trollish about that. Not sure about the rest though.

But true now they have given up and it has become trollish. Guess they just wait for surrender.

Yeah, I had no idea 2 dorans was viable on Kennen D;

Idk why Kennen is choosing to be like this.. everyone else seems to be trying (at least somewhat)
Kinda unfair imo

So idiotic that they show the 3rd place match now instead of the first game of the finals, just because of TSM fan boys. Incredibly disrespectful to the teams in the final. The casters dont like it either.

You can watch the final from a player stream though:

While it is certainly very disrespectful to the teams in the final, I bet a lot of people (myself included) are more interested in tsm vs m5 than curse eu vs mouz. That said, I'm watching from TSM's point of view anyway because it's more fun to listen to them communicate with each other than casters blather, and the casters should really be watching the finals and just let tsm/m5 fans watch the tsm streams.

I'm surprised TSM is even allowed to stream this, as the tournament organizers are probably relying on stream revenue to finance their prizes. Pretty sad we're not going to see game 1 of the grand finals, mouz have really impressed me (had them as a good team with high potential, but beating M5 already?). TSM vs M5 doesn't seem to be a good series, anyway - game 1 wierd strat into stomp, game 2 straight up stomp, and game 3 doesn't look much better.

So funny how that stupid gp10 build on TF fails hard two games in a row now. Maybe Regi will learn from that now.

Well, Janna was already 2-0 up on him.

On a side note, I begin to think Pepper picking up kills on Sona is intentional - he dealt lots of damage in game 2, and looks set for a strong midgame in game 3, too.

This Janna. Oh you got hit by Howling Gale? Ok, you die.
