EPTalso the taimat seems like an incredibly efficient item on just stats and the passive seems like an insane way to spike damage in a teamfight when people get clumped up. like if I as darius hook people in they'll all be next to eachother for a few attacks before hitting a q while they try and run away. or as tiger udyr when I run straight into the team and start pounding on them why do I keep hearing that its the joke item in the game.

Because the stat combination is bad, the efficiency isn't all that high (especially for a mid tier dead end item with regen stats), nobody clumps up enough to make good use of the tiny splash area and you don't need it for farming. You're much better off aiming for a BF Sword and a Philo Stone. | ||
