One is azubuogn, the other azubulive.
Since they are streaming the free stream via twitch and twitch doesn't support other Access Control than their own there will always be a way to watch it with the /popout URLs, you just need to check the website sourcecode for the twitch channel they use - which requires only very, very basic HTML knowledge.

They are always restreaming another stream and it looks like they accidently put the other stream to 360p, i think it will be fixed in a few minutes.
