It's large in prize pool but there isn't much competition there. It is mostly a promotional tournament for the entrance of Riot into the Korean market.

Some of these guys were like 1500-1600 ELO, and you get $1500 even if you come last.
Damn, anyone in Korea who wants to form a team with me? :O

I don't see a logical reason why you would switch it around for the deciding games. It takes away the whole strategy element of picks and bans and turns it into a luck game of who blindly outpicks whom.

I think the KeSPA reasoning to this would go something along the lines of ...
1) Teams switch between first ban/first pick in the first and second match.
2) One of these two positions (first ban/first pick) is advantageous to the other. (mind you that for the Korean scene, their servers just came out a few months ago, and I'm not too sure how much they keep up with the foreigner meta)
3) Thus if you were to switch twice, one team would have an advantage in the final set.
4) Therefore, blind pick that last game so the the banning and picking chances are symmetrical.

Yet give random spawns in BW... It's just silly..

random spawns cuts down on cheese (whats the point of having 4 spawns if you always know opponent is far position?) also if you make your maps with minimal position imbalance random spawns does not matter, and makes scouting more important.

Cheese exist in BP aswell. It basically forces you to cheese comps.

Thats rating on Korea server. Riot brought LoL to Korea like 3 months ago. I believe most people there already played on NA/EU.
If it was CLG playing tomorrow people will see that they are a bunch of 1700elo lol. But still Koreans doesn't quite catch up with NA/EU yet.

CLG is around 1850 Elo now. And the other Teams had players around 200 elo and higher.

I don't see this blind pick thing lasting long, shouldn't take too long for the teams to give a heavy word against it. How you do even play say top lane with blind pick, you can get absolutely terribly countered, or everyone just plays irelia then.

The CLG players are already higher elo than the DDoL people even though they only arrived last week. I know elo is not as important in competitive team games but if you have 1400 players like DDoL there couldn't have been may teams in the qualifier.
