Not being a jerk lol. Armour and magic res are damage reduction aswell, they're as useless as reducing 1.5% damage.
The 1.5% damage reduction is as useless as Havoc in offence

Annie burst: 245+280+450=975
With 3% off AoE: 245+280*0.97+450*0.97=953.1 (approximately 2.3% reduction) Also not taknig into account Tibbers' sunfire cape!
With 1.5% off everything: 975*0.985=960.375

I don't think Chauster is that bad at support to be honest. Most of the scrims I've seen he does fine and he hasn't done too bad in the Crs games so far (I think he got caught once last game).

Which team was Doublelift in before joining CLG ? I don't follow the scene for a long time and this guy looks quite good.

Doublelift has always been well known in high ELO for being a master at Blitzcrank. He also plays other niche champions like Poppy and Garen but started playing AD carries when he left EG for Curse. Mechanically he's probably one of the best LoL players in the world but he make some bad decisions from time to time.
Look up Fnatic vs. EG at DreamHack to see Blitzcrank beasting on some fools.

CLG really indecisive about the Dragon/Baron there, playing by team consensus rather than a single captain is showing it's weakness.
