He is up against Sion, Kennen, Graves, Sona and Skarner. Does Kennen W count as AoE? Either way I suppose 3% on Sion shield, Kennen ult and Skarner Q and Sona is better than negating 1,5% from Kennen Q, Graves auto attack, Sion stun, Skarner R/auto attack. Oh and with Annie it would be 4,5% with HG vs 6% with Evasion so it's not that huge of a difference but I get your point. | ||

If her burst is made of X + Y = Z 3% off of X and 3% off Y = 3% off Z. Not 6%. | ||

Still only 3%, if Tibbers does 500 damage and Incinerate does 500 damage you take 30 less damage, which isn't 6%. | ||
