A good way to request bans @ champ select is to caps out that you want to play said champ, if you come across like a retard they'll ban it instead.

Uhm, anyone could tell me why riot thought sustain is bad? Im sure there were many stuff said about this, but what i found was only that riot employees tell that sustain is bad, period. I mean for example compare janna to (pre-patch) soraka: soraka was great at sustain, but could do almost nothing else, while janna sucks with sustain, but great utility. So you gain something, and you lose something. Why was it bad?

AFAIK they thought sustain added to passive play in some cases and was unfair in other cases (champs with sustain vsing champs with no sustain).

general game principle that every element needs to be moving the game forward it in some way. This isn't abstract, imagine if killing a champion made you lose 300 gold instead of gaining it... instant deadlock.

getting a pile of free health packs with every wave of minions/cooldown cycle is not helpful in achieving this goal.

Is anyone else getting fucking major lag???

It seriously MUST be Riot's servers. Because i'm not getting the information from the server so only the last clicks go through. So the whole screen fucking freezes.
