doesn't help that her skills are also ridiculously finicky, making her hard to play but without much of a reward for doing so. why not pick someone that can do it equally as well, but can also fit into more team comps and works better in more situations. (malz or lich are straight up better in more situations) EDIT:: its the same thing with karma too. she's not terrible in certain situations, but those situations are much too rare, and usually janna/zil can cover those situations and more, making it silly not to pick them instead. | ||

However now the maintenance now is apparently a minor content patch. | ||

I've missed numerous point-blank ultis while the opponent was right next to me because the cone is like 2mm wide at that point. | ||

Vlad is much like Mordekaiser - not that hard to beat, but you get punished for mistakes and can't really safely trade, so you must know what you're doing before you engage him. Yes, maybe abit too strong, but not retardedly OP like so many people think for some reason. | ||

i think morello covered it well: he's got no resource management thanks to Q. he's got really powerful healing thanks to Q and spellvamp. he's extremely safe thanks to W and flash, to the point where he can essentially ignore the perils of the enemy jungler because he will always make it out of a gank if he's got flash up. and in the event that you DO beat him in lane, he's still got massive utility with his ult that doesn't scale with farm. a vlad with 0 gold can destroy your team with his damage amp just as much as a dominating vlad can. basically just a superior kit regardless of how good you are with him | ||
