I don't know if I could play with 300 ping, but I regularly play with ~10 FPS on lowest graphical settings because my computer sucks, and I definitely feel like I'd play better with a better system. | ||

Not high-high end, but good enough to play the games I play without FPS issues. (On a side note, where is the best place to get a desktop these days? I'm not the type to build one myself.) | ||
