Well there's two kind of lists you can do: 1) list of highest rated players that play said champion 2) list of people who mastered the champion. 5HIT and Bob aren't people who are the highest elo cho/xin (respectively) players, however they sure know their mains like nobody else. Sure - Hotshot is now placed at #1 in solo queue ladder and he used to play xin some time ago. But this doesn't actually mean that his xin play is optimal, it just means that his overall skill made him play xin well. However that is huge difference, because IMO this kind of list should not be created to enlarge hotshot's e-penis. It should be created to help newer players choose a "role model" for their favorite champion. If you want to play Xin well - look at Bob's masteries, skills, items and laning. Llearning from 1800 elo player who plays xin like 2,1k elo player is better than learning xin from 2,4k elo player that plays him like 2,1k elo player. Also you should know that there is the difference between "learning xin" and "learning how to win". You can have the best laning in the world but still continue to lose the games, because the laning phase and the mid/lategame phase = two different games. | ||

It's not that long, it only is long if you get too much aspd. Before that point it actually gives you more dps even without the bonus dmg because of the reset. It's like not getting triforce on trundle because bite has a long animation. Gbob's Xin doesn't even look like he even knows it in and out, to be honest. It just looks really bad, and that "he has mastered this champion" stuff is completely subjective and you can't objectively judge it. Who's better, a Vlad who only spams Q or a Vlad who knows how to place every skills of E R and W but wins less? Maybe spamming Q is more optimal? Really, Gmanbob is nowhere near a top list even with Xin. Rest of the post reeks of fanboy and antifanboy and completely lacks objectiveness, but I'll just say that he doesn't play Xin like a 2100 player nor does HSGG play Xin like a 2100 elo player. I assume gingerbrown for trynd is a joke, how about BellaFlica, instead? | ||

Gbob is a good player, and a really good Xin that would make a decent role model for people looking to learn Xin. In solo q he doesn't even try. Doesn't pay attention to the team; just listens to music and chats with people asking questions on irc and whatnot. I think your analysis is just when you watch him play solo q when he's probably sitting in his boxers eating some soup. | ||

It's of both soloq and all his tournament games with Xin zhao I've seen but you can point me to the tournament games where his xin impresses Despite eating making playing difficult, sitting in boxers really shouldn't affect anything. But yeah when the Kakasoul account that Hotshot uses mostly to troll and try stuff, and even just throws games sometimes when koreans are in his games, and it STILL is 2238 elo, it is just absolutely blind and ridiculous to say his Xin is 2100 elo. | ||

"I am stuck in Elo hell QQ" By that logic we should have the 1400 elos with 5000-5000 winloss ratios on the top of the lists. Games played shouldn't be meaningful in any other way than negatively, in that the player hasn't been able to improve despite playing so many games. We obviously have pretty differing opinions about when a player is good with a champion. For instance just now, Hotshot on Kakasoul absolutely crushed like 5+ 2200 elo games with Anivia despite playing her very little to none with some very sick walls and nice moves included. Some people don't need to play 1000+ games with a champion to be good at them. GMB actually used a no-survivability build vs Solomid, although to be fair he was disced that game. And it seems like you forgot that it'd be a toplist, not a learn-to-play list. I'd recommend the solomid.net guides section for that. Heh, seems like his current build is Wits -> Bloodrazor. | ||
