so...i realized i need to have at least 14 champions unlocked in order to play ranked game...does that 14 including 10 free champs or the free champs don't count?

It does include the 10 free champs as long as you have no overlaps. Just buy all the 450 IP champions and you should be good to go.

Before playing ranked, though, make sure you have two junglers you're competent with. This is really quite important. It's also helpful to have a good sidelane tank, a good solo lane caster, a good side lane caster, and a good solo dps.

btw is there any champion that you cannot go wrong with? I've played ashe/mundo/ww/zil and some games I fail miserably while I do semi ok in other games...especially with ashe, I never stand chance against champs like Tryndmere in damage output...I rarely see trynd fail in any games I play and with equal items he just rapes anything I play...I wish I saved up my ip to buy trynd and some runes for him..--;

CC > Tryn As soon as he ults CC him until it's over or run away. Exhausts are especially useful in this regard. Failing some games just means you aren't perfect.

What is the nerf to warwick? I can't believe they would nerf him. After a couple hundred games I can say he absolutely does not deserve a nerf. He definitely is very good with a good team to support him, but that's only because of the niche he fits in, not because he is overpowered.

I read the LoL forums and there are people actually complaining that cleanse doesn't work to stop warwick's ult anymore. Unbelievable.

Why does being the best jungler in the game make him worthy of a nerf? (and being "by far" the best jungler is pretty arguable imo... other junglers can actually escape from ganks).

he's great in the jungle but he's like... INCREDIBLY BAD in a lane.

also how can anyone argue that he is remotely overpowered in team fights?

Depending on how you interpret "the best jungler in the game" (e.g. "the best champion in the game at jungling" or "the most overall useful champ in the game that jungles") he might not even be the best jungler.

IMO Rammus, Udyr, Warwick, and Amumu all slot better or worse than one another into different kinds of teams. You can't really just say "we need a jungler--pick Warwick" and be good to go.

if they nerf him i just hope they give him a slight nerf to his lifesteal... plz god don't nerf his damage or make his ult cleansable again

making his ult cleansable hurts him SO MUCH vs competent players(and often leaves warwick liable to die as a result)
