So I've been playing around in 1650 ELO for a while now. I've noticed a large increase in troll games that I might have contributed too. I also think I've started the "#1 *champion*" fad whenever he dies or gets a kill.

Just what has happened to Kayle? I've taken a huge break from LoL then returned recently to find out that almost everything that was considered OP at that time is almost trash tier now. I can see why Shaco, Garen and Ezreal and Amumu are barely picked after all their nerfs. But what with Kayle? She was like the ultra carry back then and she wasn't really nerfed. Is it because she is too buff-hungry (preferably always under a double buff to dominate midgame) with people picking more buff-reliant junglers (say Olaf)? Or some other reason? Because I've just checked she is still a dominating DPS with lots of utility at her hands and generally dominates her lanes.

Kayle herself was nerfed gradually.
Then Janna was nerfed too.
Then hybrid damage on towers got nerfed (pick one of higher value btw. AP and AD bonus)
Then towers gained MR.
Then they gained more MR.

Shaco is still common ban and pick, solid champion.
Olaf still good, other junglers better
Ezreal still good, other AD carries jsut better
Ammu still good other tanks just better
Garen so bad, all tanks are better
Kayle still okayish, other ranged carrys still better

Technically you can get 3000 gold precisely by the 10 minute mark, including the starting 475. I guess 5HIT is farming both wraith camps as well. Then it's possible, but your enemies have to be kinda stupid to not stop you from freefarming like that...

That was back when I took smite/ghost on Cho, was pretty hilarious, but I think stealing wraiths as Cho mid to eff with their jungler is still good depending on who you're mid against. Also if you take their tower 9 mins in which is definitely possible against bad teams.

well, i have to say, i'm quite happy with those 2 successive tournament announcements after the creation of Two_DoWn's threads. Not to say that that's enough to jumpstart real competitive LoL, but its a start.

and i have no idea if Two_DoWn's threads actually did anything, but hey, i'm calling this a victory for him. gjgjgj
