How about a champ like this.
Kim Summers, The Impregnable Housewife
Passive. Whenever Kim and her allies purchase an item 400 gold or more, they receive 5ap/ad (depending on what the buyer has more of).
Q. Pan Whack Attack. Kim whacks target enemy with a frying pan dealing magic damage. If target hit from behind the target is stunned for 1 second.
W. Sandwich Snack Boost. Kim makes a sandwich for herself and target ally healing both for x amount.
E. Desperate Housewife. Kim becomes enraged with maternal instincts and teleports to target location dealing magic damage and silencing target.
R. Unparalleled work ethic. Kim is overcome with a busy schedule increasing attack speed and movement speed for all nearby allied champions and herself.
So basically a mixture of kayle, sivir, and leblanc.

Orb has been Misc for a long time from what I remember. He usually streamed SC2 or LoL when he was a bit more active but after he got banned from (livestream?) for a month he kind of never was as active of a streamer once he got unbanned.

except that queue dodges show as leaves too, so it's not really an accurate count
queue dodging doesn't ruin the game for anyone, just resets it
i have like 40 queue dodges
i look like a baddie that leaves a lot of games

Looks like a babysit support champ, like Taric (though I guess that works--seeing as Taric is an effeminate male).
Also, how does E work? It targets a location, but also targets a champion? wut?

location. does damage and silences in the area of that location. riot should get rid of some character designers and use TL, reallocate resources toward real features like making the client more stable and replay/observer features.
