My one ALWAYS starts with a vamp scepter on MF. I tell them doran's blade is better, tell them the reasons why, which there are many, and they reply with "I know how to play the game." I just say "ok" like rammus and drop it b/c there is no sense with arguing with someone so set in their ways... -_- | ||

2. Look at the genre of champs you usually play. Is there some overlap in rune usage? Think of things like HP quints, MS quints, Armour Pen red/quints, Mpen red/quints, AS reds/quints, Armour yellows, MR blues. You'll get more mileage out of these runes when tight on IP. I'd love to include mp5 yellows, but with so many manaless champs running around nowadays, I'd shove them to low priority. 3. Make impulse purchases and do whatever the fuck you want with your IP anyway, it's just a game. 4. Regret. my 2c | ||

Unless you mainly play a certain type of champ. For example if you only play casters, get MPen marks. If you only play Ninjas, get Armor seals (Energy too expensive for a first page). If you jungle a lot, get the proper runes for your junglers first. HP quints and MReslvl glyphs are ok on pretty much every champ. Of course not always optimal, but probably the best choice if you want to cover a variety of champs. I would start with marks and seals btw, unless you mainly play tank/support. In that case start with quints and seals/glyphs. | ||

Malzahar open amp tome...has 4 HP bars lolol...not even HP quints. Rushes hextech gunblade. I ask him why on vent. He says "for spell vamp." I tell him, if you really want spell vamp, you should get a will of the ancients instead on malz, and even then, no need to rush it. He essentially nerdraged afterwards like a 10 year old who got his favorite toy taken away. lol This game provides me with so much amusement. | ||

I had a similar thing yesterday where Kass and Heimer were trying to figure out who would mid and who would top, and I just had to say "Heimer, you have Teleport, you take top so everyone can make it to a Dragon fight." | ||
