I know this is a tad cheesy, but I think this kind of thread is possible on LH right now because our site is still somewhat young. Let's get to know each other better!
I've created a small survey you can use as a template, but feel free to add your own questions if you wish.

Buff Kidnapper - dude pretty much acts like a super expensive Sap that leaves a body with terrible stats. I think returning a minion to your hand could be hilarious, but that would be extremely powerful. Maybe just make his stats better if a boring but practical buff is desired.
Nerf Molten Giants - shit should have a minimum cost that isn't 0.

Buffed: please buff Prophet Velen to a 5 mana 4/5. I want to play him so badly; seems so much fun, and we could combo it with Holy Nova (YUM). Okay, I might have gone a little too far with this. But I'm a Priest player, so it's fine.
Nerfed: I find Grommash is far too scary and he has quite some ways to activate him.

Leper Gnome (seems way too good in aggro, not sure how I'd nerf him, though) and Shadowflame (a bit too strong of a synergy with Warlocks' type of play) came to my mind first.

Buff - Since Flamewheel stole the obvious one I guess i'm gonna say Pit Lord and probably make his effect a death rattle rather than a battlecry

Angry Chicken needs to be buffed. It's to funny of a card to ignore; however, it will not see serious play in its current state. I would add something like "Gains 1 health whenever you summon a minion." and keep everything else the same. That's not a gamebreaking change but might be enough to where it gets thrown in a deck or two.
Nerf? Dunno if I could be impartial here given I can only gripe about what has been used against me to good effect.

Buff - Mana Wraith, make it 1/3 for 1 cost or 2/4 for 3. It needs to stick and it has an interesting mechanic.
Nerf Elementals//Legendaries - Fire Elementals are way too strong, Water Elementals are too fat and Freeze is just annoying as hell. Legendaries like Ragnaros and Cairne are stupid because they offer instant value against your opponent and impossible to deal with basic cards. They don't prove anything except the player who has them has better cards.

Nerf (remove) mind control, being able to take away an 8-10 mana card from your opponent, and give one to yourself, for only 10 mana is ridiculous, and just not fun to play against

I'd like to see some change to Frost Shock, maybe make it cost 0 Mana to allow for some cool tempo plays and combos with cards like Auctioneer and Malygos. Might make it too strong though as a strictly better Moonfire (then again, that card isn't too great either). Nerf Ancient of Lore to a 4/4, buff its heal to 8.

Bands/music I like include King Crimson, Yes, Led Zeppelin, Genesis etc. ... also Joy Division and more recent and (mostly) still active bands like Tool, A Perfect Circle, Porcupine Tree, Opeth, ISIS, Sigur Rós, Steven Wilson and The Aristocrats. Also a bit of classical music from time to time; some traditional Japanese and Irish folk pieces are great as well.

To be perfectly frank I am new enough to the game that I have yet to develop fully informed opinions about each and every card yet, certainly not enough to develop hatreds. Having like 20 wins and 2 or 3 losses so far probably has something to do with it too, but I am sure will go on LOTS of losing strikes if I keep playing, sooner or later, and learn to hate/love properly...

Buffed : MOTW - make it summon a 2/2 w/ Taunt if not used on a minion.
Nerfed : Blade Flurry - Shouldn't be able to attack then destroy your weapon or vice versa. Destroying the weapon should count as your attack for the turn. I think it would put a kink in Miracle. I agree with a bunch of the nerfed cards mentioned here.

Woho, hello guys! I've just discovered TL has a dedicated site for HS as well!
I've been on TL since the Broodwar days, that was what got me into e-sports and pro gaming. Then ofc SC2, which i played semi-competitvely, meaning i could compete at national level, but any real progamer trashed me on ladder. SC2 grew too nerve-wracking, transitioned to playing dota2 casually and following the scene there, the former starting to be just as bad sometimes as sc2 was.
A few days ago got into HS and i'm loving it, and as much as i tend to get upset over game, it's been just a lot of fun, even though had some horrible RNG at times.

Buff Bloodlust - that card is simply terrible compared to something like Savage Roar(although Shamans have an easier time getting a lot of minions out).
Nerf Molten Giants - shit should have a minimum cost that isn't 0 (I agree on this one, though I do think a minimum cost of 2 or even just making their starting cost around 22 would be reasonable) - generally I feel cards are very balanced atm.

Buff: Lots of possibilities, but I think that Nozdormu could use a buff the most; it's easily the least powerful of the dragon cards, usually relegated to terrible ranking in both the Arena and Constructed areas. A few possibilities for the Master of Time:
Temporal Correction – assorted possibilities:
-”Undo Opponent's Last Turn”: Exactly how it sounds, all the cards played are returned to your opponent's hand (like a super Sap), all damage is undone, all killed minions (on both sides) are revived, etc. Basically, the board looks exactly as it was when your opponent started their turn (possibly even undoing their card draw), only with Nozdormu now on your side. It might seem overpowered, but given some of the powers wielded by the other dragons, I think it's reasonable.
-”At the End of Each Turn, Resummon a Random Destroyed Minion”: Pulls a minion from your discard pile and plays it again. Also maybe a bit overpowered, but could be tweaked (only summoning X minions when first played, for example).
-”Revert One Minion to Original Form”: Undoes all buffs/nerfs on a minion and restores a minion to full health. (Similar to Rebirth, but the minion will still be able to attack the same turn. Or, the Rebirth abilities could simply be attached to Nozdormu, as they fit pretty well.)
Temporal Inversion - “Actions Occur in Opposite Order During a Turn”: Actions that normally occur at the end of a turn (Ragnaros's attack, for example) now happen at the beginning of the turn, while actions that occur at the start of a turn (drawing a new card as the major one) now happen at the end. One big plus: You'd draw a card at the end of the turn where you summon the dragon, while your opponent has to wait until the end of his turn to draw, giving you some card advantage.
Temporal Limitation - “Only X Actions May Be Taken By Each Player During Each Turn”: This is probably a better way of doing what they seem to have wanted in the first place. If you can only make, say, 3 actions (with playing a card, using a Hero Power, or attacking with a minion/weapon counting as an action) each turn, suddenly you have to be much more strategic with what you do, making it a much better option then a straight-out time limit. (If you count abilities like Kel'Thuzad's revival as an 'action', and prevent him from using it if you've reached your limit already, that makes things even more tricky...)
Any one of these would make a pretty cool power, and bump up Nozdormu's versatility on the battle-field
Nerf: I'm with NotSorry; Being able to get a Molten Giant (or any of the giants, really) at 8/8 for 0 (potentially) just too darn good, there needs to be a minimum cost (say, (1), as with the Summoning Portal).

Buff: Nozdormu, how about make it so that opponents only have 4 or 5 seconds. Really make that card that absolutely tests your opponents ability to think on their feet when there is a complex board.
Nerf: Mad scientist: This card is just too strong and incredibly frustrating to play against.

First and foremost let me Introduce myself to you all, I am a long time gamer, I started on Cs-Go, Yu Gi Oh, dungeons and dragons etc.. Buff - Recycle. For a rare card 6mana shuffle an enemy minion into your opponents deck. For that manacost it is not worth it. I think 4 mana is more then enough for that spell, and i want also the possibility to shuffle your own minion into your own deck.
Nerf - either frothing berserker or grim patron. As of right now it is too easy to run that combo.

I'm a pretty lazy gamer. I started with Dota on WC III went to dota 2 started some hearthstone but never thought of doing something competative, never pushed far enough to reash a level where i would be confident to do so. Never tried thoguh.
Thanks to some famous streamers i got to this site and hope to see how far i go on my own in hearthstone and try to compete in my first tournaments.

Fairly new player here and I play as Rogue but I guess I'd like the charged cards to be really buffed up it would be a good attack the one I want nerfed is... I forgot what it was called but it restores the player's health to +30 again.

Buff Kidnapper - Feels kinda weird that "Kidnapper" does not "Kidnap". Returning minion to own hand would be too much, but perhaps return to deck - and maybe change it to a 4/4 for 6 instead of 5/3...I don't know.
Nerf Mysterious Challenger - Probably getting a little specific because I have bad experience with this one, but I feel like 6/6 for 6 AND all those secrets is a bit much. Maybe turn it down to a 4/5 for 6 and secrets.
