you only need a small grasp on music and if you listen properly it's easy to hear, i knew she was bad. No point whining about it, she won't get anywhere anyway

Biff is telling the truth, the performance isn't that great. For the average listener, she sounds impressive, but there are so many people who can play better than that. It's just very frustrating when people don't realize that, which is why Biff is so vocal about it.

What's wrong with you? Nobody said many 5 year olds can play better than that. The first person said many people half her age could. The other said many people could. I agree with them that her performance is not so impressive. For what it's worth, depending on the definition of "many" there could be many 5 year olds who can play better than her.
