My parents are fairly free and easy...my room is all I need really.
I guess it really does depend on your parents + how comfortable you feel...you're sure your parents would feel uncomfortable or suspicious?
I found at the start it was mostly my girlfriend who was more uncomfortable going to my house...but she warmed up quickly...and she was soon sleeping over. I couldn't make it clear to her that my parents 100% don't care if she stays...and is welcome all the time. Diff upbringings I guess.
I had to resort to what you had to do also - in my car. There is nowhere entirely 'safe' that you don't pay for - you'll always be subject to nature or the public sphere if you're out somewhere.
Aim for nice secluded spots, at a later time - the problem with this is it sometimes kills romance...having to sneak around finding somewhere to fuck and cuddle.
Hotels really are the best way...unless you have your own place...even a motel...
If it really means this much to you...make the hotel a once a month kind of thing? Split the cost with your girlfriend? I mean...sure it's more traditional for the guy to pay, but it's a relationship not a business.
Otherwise it's really just up to you to find some unique/niche kind of area to have your shits and giggles with a nice lady friend.
Edit: Shit...I see your housing predicament...
Gonna have to be a nice cushy hotel or nice and cheap motel some of the time methinks.

man, go to Japan or Korea where Motel services are extremely incredible and everyone can afford.ROFL.anyways, if you can not afford the motel then u got 2 option:
1. home
2. public places (like what we usually see in some amateur video on the P site)

moved back in because im shipping out to the navy in a few months and wanted to make the 6k i have saved up last till I leave so I can focus on other stuff im trying to get done before I leave.
Really though its not my parents at all, they could give a crap if im doing that and they know I am. However she is really shy about this kind of thing and plus there is no area of the house that someone wont just randomly happen to walk through. You can see the entire upstairs from almost any point in the house, and the basement is just 1 giant room and a laundry room that doesn't lock.
I guess I'm just gonna have to take it day by day and see what happens.
Public places - I could give a shit, im a guy. But, I want my girl to be comfortable, and she isn't.
Her parents aren't likely to let her stay out overnight(for good reason), so camping is kinda owned. IDONO GUYZ, IM KINDA OWNED YES? FFS>>!<<

Either that or just tell your parents to leave the house for a little while b/c you need some alone time...I'm sure they would understand it's not like they have never been w/anybody before -.-
If they won't cooperate...just find the time they aren't home and use that time. Go to her house when her parent's aren't home.

nah dude, my ship date is april 7th and im reclassing so its most likely going to be even later.
I have $800+ in expenses per month including food/car/auto insurance/gas/2 gym memberships/phone, it adds up. Last thing I want is to run out of money. I'm also looking for a more long term solution than pay $45 every time I want some alone time.

edit - in all honesty I think I'm asking the impossible. Only good solution is move out again. I think I might try to clean out the garage and carry a couch or something out there.
Or better yet, clean out the garage and park my car in there? thats so impossible god this sucks.

That was my problem also... It wasnt convenient either, basically the same situation like you, but less money available. AND I wasn't desperate enough to save money on food or something like that. AND my gf was sickened by car sex.

That's what I'm doing right now and it feels impossible but it will be worth it! Then again I just want to park in there... so you have MORE motivation (but I have to agree with sp1ralarchitect)...
If you trimmed down your expenses you could afford 40-80 bucks a week (save a bit on food, save on phone, etc)

If home and motel is not an option then the most comfortable yet economic and the safest way would be to follow my advice. Even though I'm probably not the most expert person to give advice. Personally I would never do anything in public places.
Go to an Asian Karaoke place. No one will disturb you for 1 ~ 2 hours depending on how long you rent the room and it's totally private. You even get to sing a few songs with your GF if the time allows which your missus may enjoy.
Otherwise I would suggest DVD room, basically a small room with couch and TV where you can watch the DVD of your choice. Not sure if there will be any at where you live.

mabye there are just huge cultural differences in this matter between usa and sweden. But taken that both are of legal age parents just has no fucking business intruding on privacy tbh. If you are in your or her room with a locked door they should just stay the hell out of it. That is how it works in a normal family over here atleast as far a smy experience goes. Im really troubled that you need to run outside in the middle of the fkin winter to be able to get some :/

It is not "legal" in the correct meaning of the word over here either. However, if both are above 15 and the age difference isnt astronomical, it is mostly a subject to common sense. If there is abuse going on it will obviously be regarded as a legal matter, but if it is a relationship like any other most parents will just stay out of it. Standard age for loosing virginity over here is between 16 and 18 years of age. Everyone is aware of it and everyone is perfectly fine with it.
