If you can't take a punch you better don't fight at all. That’s the reason for the random swings... A UFC fighter trains to take a punch, some guys got *steel-chins* and can take much more than others. A random punch with full force will bring down most guys if it really connects and most people also completely lack the ability to dodge/protect themselves. If you don't want the random swings to happen, grab the arms of your enemy but then you have to do something quick or else you get a head but (... bastard that was), a kick/knee or he's scrambling free and now clearly in punching distance. And btw: Don't fight bigger/heavier guys if you don't want to get crumbled, if the bigger guy has a slight clue what to do and you not your odds are *really* bad. A few years ago I often had some fun fights with a friend (no punching, just *wrestling*... As long as I wasn't really committing myself to something he could fight back whiteout a problem, you could say owned me, but as soon as I really thought.. "fuck you, this gets annoying" he couldn't do much about getting thrown around :p). We just fought until someone got a dominant position because well, if you're not some good wrestler or jiu jitsu-guy your pretty much done then. Pain probably won't be a big issue, you get pumped up really quick if you're really angry. If the switch is pulled my legs/arms begin to shake a little, it's like pumping yourself up...Adrenaline rocks. I personally feel nearly no pain until the next morning, then you feel every place you got hit and probably even feel your muscles cause you *overused* them and did things with a strength you normally wouldn't be able to. The last time it took around 2 hours to really *come down* (well... some Rum-Shot's helped also... All the drinking of the night before seemed wasted)...

Or maybe you get hit in the face going in to grab his arms. Or maybe he just pulls his hands away and punches you in the face anyway. There are no rules like "grab their arms", every fight is different :

I've gotten into once in grade 1, it was in my school bus. School buses here are a lot different, you know those vans like the Kia Besta and the like? Those were the school buses here in my country so I get to know my bus mates a little more. There was this one kid who picked on me for no reason and I held back, maybe this dude has some disorder or something. But he gives me hell for more than a month so when I can't take him anymore, I waited for the time where he sat beside me so he can feel more superior in teasing me. -big mistake by him- I let one out straight to his face, and you guys know how mineral lines and sometimes depo's block the straight path of the scarabs, right? Well, my punch went straight to his face and really shocked him and I just went to beat the hell out of him, the driver didn't care much anyway so I was like pounding on the dude and he was on fetal position. My sister ( a grade lower than me ) called me cuz we were already at home. Not much of a fist fight... Oh God, I just remembered some fights during high school but I'll read the whole thread first.

It just puts your opponent in a situation he probably did not expect.

oh yeah in france there are a lot of idiots and the sad thing is that theses idiots don't give a shit about being fair and punching you 3/4/5 or more vs 1 guy , even if u are totally owned they continue to kick you when you are on the soil. fucking ending nation. This happened many times to some of my friends whereas they are quite "strong' most of them and i went in fight myself several times despite i'm really not the kind of guy who likes figthing.

I'm really a nice person to start with, but if someone tries to hurt my relatives, family, loved ones, me they won't expect mercy from me. Fight during freshman high school year, the last one I had. Anyway, that same dude was like teasing me because I was new to the school where I spent my high school and I looked like someone they can just tease and get away with it. So one time, I was getting my stuff from my locker (btw, since we stayed on one classroom for the whole day, our lockers are at the back of the classroom) to store my stuff and he comes a long teasing me. There were those class officers there that like proved the fight by saying things like "OOhhh!!! He just said you're a weakling! You just let him walk away with that? He's like looking down at you.", so I just walked away cuz I don't want any fights. But being the smart bastard that dude was, he said "Look, he's walking away, what a weakling." Unable to hold back, I let one rip out and I knew he didn't expect it cuz he was somewhat sideways from me already. He got staggered good and he got his back to the lockers, knowing he had to get up, he tried to do so, but he saw me waiting for him so he delayed, bad move, I managed to get a knee to his face infested acne. Before I knew it, the class officers were pulling me out cuz I hurt the guy good. My friend was like "good job" on me, that dude never teased me again.

Nah, I think most TL-ers know when to pick their fights, therefore, minimizing defeat, and I think that TL guys are good guys, they'll never go to fights without some good reason (like trashing our mods/staff, people like those deserve to meet God earlier than expected). hehe.

I have a friend. He leaves Club X early... He gets in trouble on his way home. He leaves Club Y early... He gets robbed on his way home. He leaves Club Z early... He gets in trouble on his way home. NO other guy I know off ever had problems at this places... And btw. Probably the people that really go around surching for a brawl are not found in the forums of a strategy game that often ![]()
