You can try and argue that making puns on a gaming forum about someone's death is morally worse than picking up a cellphone and making phone calls that will be charged to someone else but you would again be wrong. While these words cause no literal or tangible damage you using someone elses phone literally would. You can argue that someone close to the deceased may read this forum but I'd probably avoid that propensity argument. | ||

And no, it is never legal to find a phone and use it. No court of law would be ok with that because it would create the situation where someone can "find" a fucking phone when in reality they are stealing it. My logic is a helluva lot more clear and informed than the garbage you spout. Go fill a fucking government document you jester jesus. | ||

If that is what you are referring to I admit that argument requires onlookers to fill in the space. But if you knew what I meant that was all I was going for.
