All the harms you mention are self-induced psychological problems. Until anyone harasses or stalks her, there are no actual harms. You cannot call irrational paranoia an external harm.

Instead she goes and makes a fuss about it, getting national media attention, college offers from ivy league schools, and probably hundreds of thousands more people to see her photos who would have never otherwise seen them.

I think you are giving celebrities way too much credit. Mostly they are just drunks and drug addicts that party a lot. There's nothing else to it. I also seriously doubt this girl only pretended to act like she cared.
