They knew it all, and they knew it the whole time. They knew how much Kavanaugh stinks. But they tried to plow forward to this point anyway, as though calling Ford's "bluff" would just make her keep quiet. And yet, somehow, despite the Republicans being in the position of power, still managed to fuck this up in every way. It's unbelievable to me. The way the Republican party has been lately reminds of that moment when you're playing a platformer, or some 3D game with platforming bits, when you fall off a high ledge, and you somehow manage to miss every single ledge underneath you and fall straight to your death. Gamers know what I'm talking about. That's when you turn the game off. Time for the GOP to give it up. How many possible Supreme Court candidates are willing/stupid enough to perjure themselves | ||
