Yeah, I basically agree on everything you wrote, the only caveat being that I do feel that there is a strong connection between the Corporate Democrats and Corporate media, I think this is a major reason why 2024 went as it did, with them pushing Kamala away from any criticism of Israel, ensuring DNC had multiple people berating the pro-Palestine factions of the party (Bill Clinton's speech being the worst offender), praising her campaigning with Liz Chaney, her having Uber executive as a campaign adviser and running to the center there.
It's hard for me to reconcile this running to the center and not blame it for a large chunk of the lethargy that was obvious with the younger and more left vote, which was ultimately Kamala's doom.

Also, I'd wager it was way easier to be pro-Israel during Obama years, especially during his first term and up until Nethyanahu consolidated power, plus, Obama was actually providing push back and being "tough" on Israel, at least a little bit.
Both support for Israel and untethered capitalism has became much harder to justify to me, in the case of Israel, we went from retributive incursions as a response to Hamas attacks to apartheid state and policy of (at the minimum) ethnic clensing using horrific methods, with capitalism Trump deregulated everything, imposed multiple tax cut laws, we had the advent of crypto, "prediction markets", stock buybacks, to me, this is all clearly leading into catastrophe making it much easier even for a regular citizen to notice and become anti-capitalist, at least to an extent.

After all this performative outrage, you're all going to fall in line behind dyhb and demand I do too because the people that ostensibly think Democrats are the path don't actually do any of the work that would require while the dyhb's of the party do.
