It's almost like when he and his supporters constantly complain about massive voter fraud they're full of shit. But think about all the money he was able to funnel out of his cult in doing so!

I would not be surprised if the US was involved. I wouldn't be surprised if Trump ordered the hit in the first place. He was talking about launching a strike on Iran's main nuclear site not even two weeks ago.

I hope the international community will not simply tolerate this. Yeah, just like the international community didn't simply tolerate the numerous wars and coups the US had started over the last few decades, right.

*I'm not sure whether I'm serious myself. But I think it would certainly be a good thing if Israel and the US had to leave them alone, and if there was a real regional check to American and Israeli power.

If Bush hadn't painted a giant bullseye on Iran after he was finished with Iraq the world likely wouldn't be in this position.

As someone who is against the death penalty I personally find this disgusting, it's playing games with people's lives if it has any effect at all. Just to score brownie points. https://edition.cnn.com/2020/11/27/politics/federal-execution-new-rule-firing-squads/index.html

I am not in favour of the death penalty but atleast the lethal injection, if done properly, is 'humane'.

I am not in favour of the death penalty but atleast the lethal injection, if done properly, is 'humane'. Method of killing is the least controversial part of death penalty. Any method is more or less the same, thinking otherwise is focusing on the wrong part. The killing part takes a few minutes in all of them, some hurt but it is short regardless. It is the things prior and after an execution that are the arguments for or against it. Not how the act is performed, though an argument could be made that making money from executions (gladiators) would push for more inherently.
