Also Buttigieg is going to get an anomalous amount of searches related to spelling his name right, not political interest. In the UK maybe.

Fucking reparations. If anyone wants the best way to handle it, PM me and I'll explain the best way possible for it to happen.

Biden came back at her with the Prosecutor line that didn't go over well in the hall but this might be Biden fully stepping in it now.

Harris....she's a black woman for real. I've seen that kinda fucking pointed accusation.

Ohhhhh my god I can't believe this. Is it just that I've been drinking?? This is insane right?

God, she just ruined Biden's shit. Biden handled that horribly.

Biden is trying to answer, and knows what he wants to say, but can't say it. It hurts to watch. Harris knows this, which is prob why she kept pushing.

I don't think anything bad of it, but I want to know! :D
And the second sentence is exactly what I was saying. She put baby in a corner.

Biden finally waking up, he's always been feisty by temperament.
edit: this is from a few minutes ago.

Democrat debate audiences are predominately party officials and loyalists not like a town hall audience of locals (besides that CNN one for Bernie stacked with political opponents) or whatever.

There's no way around it. ?? The same way speeding not being criminal means that it's totally ok to drive 85 on a 50 road? Lol, speeding offenses are criminal offenses.
I believe you and this is probably my mistake in reading Vox xd, but this link actually does make it seem like it's a civil offense at least in some cases? https://www.wisemantriallaw.com/blog/2012/august/the-difference-between-a-civil-traffic-ticket-ci/ "Civil Traffic Ticket A traffic ticket is simply a form given to a motorist, or pedestrian, whom the officer has observed or believed has violated a civil traffic law such as running a stop light, speeding, making an illegal turn, crossing the street illegally, or committing a nonmoving offense like a parking meter violation."
In any case … Deporting someone without valid visa status shouldn't require them to have a criminal record right? I don't understand why crossing the border needs to be criminal besides allowing for the camps.

I stand corrected then. Thanks for finding this and posting. Makes more sense now. The problem is the waitlist. They have a right to have their case heard and they have a right to be safe from what they're fleeing until it has been heard. If you're an Afghan interpreter who was targeted for collaboration with NATO forces then it's no good waiting in Afghanistan for years while they get to your case. But once you get your hearing it's really hard to get approved so most get sent back. You need to have a credible fear of persecution, not just a reasonable fear. A reasonable fear would be "a lot of people who worked with NATO forces are getting killed and I worked with NATO forces". That's not enough. A credible fear is "they sent me death threats and then they attacked my home, raped and killed my wife, and tortured me for weeks, please note the scars on my hands from the power tools".
I don't think anyone reasonable would look at specific asylum cases and think that the person is abusing the system. What everyone is unhappy about is either the asylum waitlist being used as a loophole to buy time or just immigration in general and they've confused asylum seekers with illegal immigrants.
