I love my MFLB. In regards to your question it depends on how much you put in the trench and how long you take each draw. Their website has a lot of good techniques and tips. Also I think it works better without the stem it is easier to regulate temp. The best way to tell if it is pretty vaped out is by the taste and smell. I usually get 3 or 4 good draws until it starts to taste and smell a little burnt at that point I usually refill. Just hit my MFLB so tasty :D | ||

currently this one has holes that are just slightly bigger than like a headphone jack. i don't like this cuz it like almost powders all mah buds and i think its bad for my keef any suggestions on good grinders? i think i would like to pay under 20 bucks? thx!! | ||

Ok i have to reply here. When your getting a grinder don't get metal or plastic. Metal grinders usually have keef catchers but you end up getting alot of metal flakes in it, its unavoidable. Plastic kinda has the same problem if your really rough with it. Honestly i would get like a ceramic one, or these wooden ones with stainless steel spikes that are rounded so they don't flake. You might wanna just check out the store for some food-grade herb grinders. | ||

also, its like fake keef keef is supposed to n aturally fall off and accumulate i could just take a whole gram grind it up really finely and pretend its keef i know i wont even know the difference when i smoke it, but its just something i think about | ||
